What Kind of Church is VIVE Houston?
We are a church located in the Near Northside / Houston Area of Houston, Texas.
We are a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and multi-generation community.
VIVE Houston started in September 2019 with a group of 16 people and since then, has continued to reach the city of Houston by reaching the community, preaching the Gospel, and winning the lost.
What is VIVE?
VIVE is defined as French for live or long life.
In Spanish, VIVE also means, “To Live.” It’s a declaration.
That is exactly what we want you to experience – LIFE.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple. Love. Live. Lead.
It’s who we are and in the fabric of our DNA. Everything we do is devoted to these things in order so that people may find life in Christ.
Houston, Texas
In a city with over 6 million people and with churches all around big and small, you would think that there’s no more room for another church. However, you will also take notice in Houston that it is constantly ranked in some of the highest statistics for abortions, crime, and poverty.
Houston is the fourth largest city in the nation and it will soon become the third largest within the next ten years. We are at a prime opportunity to reach people right here in city of Houston.
We have chosen the Northside of Houston as our starting point.
