Dream Team
What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Dream Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on the VIVE Kids Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the First Impressions Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a VIVE Group or partnering with the Dream Center Team—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
DREAM Team Areas of Service at VIVE Houston
Hospitality/First Impressions Team
Setup/Tear Down Team
Each week, as a portable church, we always need assistance setting up each area. From chairs, to the stage, to signs, to the kids area, each area needs to be setup before service and torn down and put back in an organized fashion after service.
Production/Media Team
Do you have a creative side to you? Our production team oversees all of our sound, video, lighting, lyrics, and livestream each week. They work hand in hand with the setup team and the worship team to ensure everything runs optimal each week.
Worship Team
Each week our worship team leads our church into worship through music. From singers to musicians, each person plays a part in creating the atmosphere we want to emulate here at VIVE Houston.
Kids Ministry Team
We believe that Kids are our future! Kids play a vital role in our church as we believe that they are the key to reaching an entire family. We strive to create a safe atmosphere that can engage kids to learn more about their faith in Jesus. This includes: nursery workers, early childhood, pre-school, and elementary age. Each kid worker must perform a background check and attend any trainings as needed.
VIVE Group Leaders
VIVE Group Leaders are responsible for leading a group that meets on a weekly basis. They care for and disciple a group of 5-12 people that are accountable to each other for a period of time. They recruit new guests to the church to be a part of their group and train leaders who can potentially lead groups in the future. a group for one year.
